Shipping & Returns

Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds:
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Assuming you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 - 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank (debit card account) or credit card account used to make the purchase. It may take some time before your refund posts to your account, keeping in mind it may take 5 - 7 days from the time we issue your refund until it posts to your account.

If it has been past 7 days from the time we issued your refund and you still have not received it yet, please contact us at returns@pineapplethreadsclothing.com with your order number in the subject line with your inquiry in the email body.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange it for the same or a different item, please return your order to:
